How You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies across homes, schools, community settings, and our nurturing centers.
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills—while fostering confidence and independence.
- Use our digital data systems to track progress and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to celebrate progress and refine care together.
Training and Professional Growth
- Receive comprehensive onboarding and RBT preparation, guided by experienced clinicians.
- Learn multiple ABA teaching approaches, including discrete trial training DTT, naturalistic teaching, and verbal behavior techniques.
- Advance your skills through ongoing mentorship, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Some college credits or current enrollment.
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
